The Yogamatrix Teacher Training Program offers The 200-Hour Teacher Training course on yoga practice, reasoning and living a moral life. This program is intended for the individuals who need to turn into a Certified Yoga teacher or those looking to develop their knowledge and individual yoga practice. This program covers Hatha-Yoga and the theory behind its training: Raja-Yoga and Jnana-Yoga.
They also offer Lymphatic Yoga® Teacher Training. 200-hour accreditation is required to train in Lymphatic Yoga.
