Yoga Gem Overview
This 200-hour Teacher Training program at Yoga Gem investigates numerous ways of thinking, styles, and practices of yoga. Training centers around Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda. Students spend the initial segment of the class sharpening their own training to develop their transformational experience. The second segment of the course centers around learning to teaxch yoga. The 200 hour course starts in late August or September and finishes in March.
